Pattern:  Designer notes - "This pattern was inspired by an Antique Coverlet I purchased on Portobello Road in London many years ago!  Our vines with Old English Flowers surround 'Christmas'!  If you love the Antique and Primitive Look of Old England and Early American Christmas's, this design is for you!"   This could be a wallhanging, table runner, made into a pillow, etc.  The project finishes at approximately 22" x 37".

Our kit:  includes wool, woven/cotton backing, Jumbo Ric Rac and pattern.  We have used a green plaid background with various shades of cream and tan for the leaves, flowers and letters and a white Jumbo Ric Rac to be tea-dyed.  Floss is not included.  The sample in our kit picture is unfinished.  We will post a picture of the finished project as soon as possible but wanted you to see the background we are using in the kit. 

Valdani #12 P4 was used to applique all pieces.  Rustic Moire Thread #120 would work as well.

We are showing pictures of the front and back of the pattern as well as a picture of our sample and a close up of a portion of the sample.  Be sure to zoom in to get a good picture of the background wool.
