Pattern: Finished piece measures approx. 10” long by 5” width. Two graceful ewe's, done in rich creamy ivory fleece, wearing blankets of coppery gold next to an olde urn overflowing with ivory tendrils & red berries surrounded by a rich green background.

Floss kit:  6 balls of Valdani #8 flosses

Auntie Ju's note:  I found punching this pattern very interesting as I had never punched with Valdani #8 floss before.  All but the background of the picture is punched with a small needle tip and single strands of #8 floss but at 3 different depth settings.  The green background is punched with a medium needle tip and 2 strands of #8 floss at a depth of #1.

The berries are added by making French knots (I used Colonial knots) at the ends of the vines.  I love the way it turned out.  Be sure to zoom in and see how we have it mounted on a display for hanging coats, handbags, etc..  A great addition to brighten up your foyer!
